Are students required to wear a face covering (face mask) during class?
  • Possibly, but we highly recommend wearing the most protective face covering available: N-95, KN-95, or multi-layer cloth.
  • It may be required, based on the positive test percentage indicating the incidence of disease within the community.
  • Many factors must be considered including state, county, and university policies.
  • The safety and health of all participants, instructors, and other persons involved in the event are our first priority.
Do I need to bring cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes?
  • We will have cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes available (will supplies last) for use in meeting space areas.
  • Bring any specific cleaning or disinfectant item that you feel comfortable using in you hotel room or within your meeting space area - except aerosol sprays.
  • No aerosol sprays will be permitted to be used in public areas or in your hotel room.
    • Aerosol sprays can cause respiratory tract irritation for some individuals
    • Some aerosol sprays are flammable and would violate the hotels fire code.
